Half Court Attack
Part 1: Player(s) line up at half court and wait for the Dish basketball training aid to send a pass to half court. As the ball nears half court, the player will step to meet the pass, catch and “rip” the ball across his/her body and will attack the three point line, free throw line extended. Player shoots and returns to the end of the line at half court.
Part 2: Next player in line or same player steps up to receive next pass, catches and rips the ball across his/her body and attacks the left wing area of the court. Player takes a three point shot free throw line extended on the left side of the floor.
Part 3: Drill continues with next player in line attacking opposite side of the floor on the dribble for the shot.
