Part 1: Drill starts with post player #1 stepping into low post area, sealing the defender and then receiving the "high/low" pass from the Dish basketball training tool. #1 catches the pass, quickly scores and then passes the ball back out to the ball catching system on the Dish.
Part 2: After passing out to the ball catching net, #1 hustles back to the end of the line on the baseline while #2 now steps in and seals, ready to receive the high/low pass from the Dish.
Part 3: If working individually, the same player from the beginning, #1, will then step to the low post and continue the drill each time. This is a quick hitting drill with plenty of shot repetitions and potentially multiple post players.
