In 2014, Airborne Athletics retired the NetworKs Volleyball Net System. Airborne Athletics will honor the warranties for their NetworKs customers.

SHIPPING

• Please inspect your new product immediately upon arrival. If there are concerns with the shipping box or materials, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather or events beyond our control. If you have any other concerns regarding your shipment, please email us at info@aircatvolleyball.com within 24 hours of receipt.
• If products are sent back to Airborne Athletics, as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and any additional changes to the shipping cost.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Once an order has been placed, the payment process will take 1-2 business days. After the machine has been shipped, plan on an estimated 5-7 business days for travel time on all domestic shipments.

PAYMENT TYPES

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards will be charged when the purchase is made, but the invoice receipt will be sent out when the machine has shipped.
• Additional types of payment include: Check, School Purchase Orders, and Wire Transfers (domestic or international)

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and and handling charges are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee may be charged.
