In 2014, Airborne Athletics retired the NetworKs Volleyball Net System. Airborne Athletics will honor the warranties for their NetworKs customers.

SHIPPING

• Please inspect your new product immediately upon arrival. If there are concerns with the shipping box or materials, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather or events beyond our control. If you have any other concerns regarding your shipment, please email us at service@airborneathletics.comwithin 24 hours of receipt.
• If products are sent back to Airborne Athletics, as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and any additional changes to the shipping cost.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Once an order has been placed, the payment process will take 1-2 business days. After the machine has been shipped, plan on an estimated 5-7 business days for travel time on all domestic shipments. 

FAQs

How many tosses per hour can the AirCAT execute?                                                                                                                       The AirCAT Drill Machine can toss nearly 1,200 balls per hour.

How long does the battery hold a charge?                                                                                                                                         The battery can last up to 6-8 hours depending on speed and, if maintained properly, will last 8-10 years.                

What are the storage dimensions?                                                                                                                                              Storage Dimensions: 49.5” (L) x 31” (W) x 68.5” (H) - Weight - 238 pounds. ully Assembled, the AirCAT can roll through a standard size door.

Who else is using the AirCAT?                                                                                                                                                       The AirCAT is used by all different programs ranging from Elementary school to High Schools, 12u to 18u National Club Teams, and from Junior Colleges up to Division 1 University programs. Not to mention - Team USA!

Can the AirCAT be used outside?                                                                                                                                                 Yes - the AirCAT can be used indoors as well as outdoors. Thanks to the rechargeable battery, you can pick up and go wherever with AirCAT.

What kind of warranty will my AirCAT have?                                                                                                                          AirCAT: 5 year warranty for parts and standard domestic shipping of said parts. Labor not included.                                Factory refurbished AirCAT: 3 year warranty for parts and standard domestic shipping of said parts. Labor not included.                                                                                                                                                                                           Accessories: 1 year warranty. Labor not included.                                                                                                                  Battery: 1 year warranty. Are there any upkeep/maintenance tips for the AirCAT?                                                                                                          The system well need to be depressurized if it will not be in use for more than 24 hours. Also, be sure to plug in the battery for an extended period of time (24-36 hours) before use, after storing.

How long has this product been in production?                                                                                                                            The brand has been around since 1998, and AirCAT was the first machine in production. We have since branched out to Dr. Dish Basketball Shooting Machines and The FlipSled Athletic Power Development Equipment as well.

PAYMENT TYPES

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards will be charged when the purchase is made, but the invoice receipt will be sent out when the machine has shipped.
• Additional types of payment include: Check, School Purchase Orders, and Wire Transfers (domestic or international)

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and and handling charges are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee may be charged.
